An engineer holding a B. Tech from University of Kerala, with a career spanning across 35 years that includes over 2 decades in the water and environment domain. Prior to founding SUSWEN, he was the CEO of Global Engineering, a technology focussed company that introduced and popularised MBBR Technology from AnoxKaldnes, in different countries and had gained good repute in the water & environment domain in the Middle East and India. At Global Engineering, he spearheaded the operations including Process Design & Engineering, R & D, Business Development, Project Management etc. Introduced new technologies in the geographies it operated. He led the Team that popularized Skid-mounted Package Treatment Plants of a wide range of capacities in different countries. His experience in liquid waste management covers municipal as well as industrial sectors. Various industries covered include Pulp & Paper, Automobile & Heavy Engineering, Fisheries & Meat Processing, Dairy, Poultry, Food & Beverages, Hospitals, Hotels & Resorts etc.

Sabesh holds a B Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT Karagpur & a PGDM from Jamanlal Bajaj University, Mumbai. He possesses an experience of over 40 years in the capital goods and process industry, having worked with Hindustan Dorr Oliver, Elof Hansson & Global India Environment Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (GIES) . During his tenure with GIES for over 15 years, he has been closely associated with Veolia Water Technologies , France for their MBBR and Microfiltration based solutions. He has been responsible for design and engineering of several sewage and industrial effluent Treatment Plants based on AnoxKaldnes MBBR Technology & Hydrotech filters, both Industrial and Municipal, in India and abroad. He is associated with SUSWEN as their Principal Process Consultant.

Naushad holds an M. Tech in Environmental Engineering and B. Tech from University of Kerala from University of Kerala. He has held senior positions in Kerala State Water Authority and in companies abroad. Prior to associating with SUSWEN, he had held the position of Superintending Engineer/Dy. Chief Engineer at Kerala State Water Authority. He possesses vast experience in water and sewerage network projects in India and abroad. He had held the positions of Senior Project Manager for Sewer Networks and Sewage Treatment Plant Projects in India and abroad. He had been part of various sewerage and drainage related technical committees of the government of Kerala and had been coordinating projects funded by the government of India. During his tenure as the Member Secretary of Jal Jeevan Mission, Thiruvananthapuram District, a Senior Position, he has successfully coordinated between various departments paving way to winning the Best District award in Water sector among the whole of South India for the year 2020, from Ministry of Jal Shakthi, Government of India. He had delivered many presentations in various National and International seminars related to bio-film based wastewater treatment technologies, Decentralised sewage treatment plants, Micro tunnelling technology etc.

Nanmarajan is a senior dynamic Business Development Professional possessing over 35 years’ experience in developing business for various products in different markets including India and the GCC countries. He possesses excellent leadership and communication skills and is a maestro in building strong relationships with the clients. He has demonstrated all through his career good leadership skills guiding the members of his team with a focus on equipping each of them to meet the targets set to them, thereby enabling the company to achieve its growth targets. He is capable of adopting concrete strategies to achieve the goals even in the most unfavourable situations. His capability in co-ordination with the management, the technical and execution teams is par excellence, thereby ensuring the customer satisfaction levels always being at the top.

Jayalekshmi holds an M. Tech in Water Resources from IIT Kharagpur and possesses experience spanning over 20 years in water and wastewater industry. She heads the Process and Proposals team at SUSWEN. Prior to being part of Team SUSWEN, she was with Global India Environment Solutions (GIES) as a senior member of the Process Design Team. She was closely associated with projects based on AnoxKaldnes MBBR Technology and possesses vast experience with different variants of MBBR. At GIES, she had held a pivotal role in the Process Design of wastewater treatment systems for both municipal and industrial applications including complex effluents.
